Gerald Swindle "Gman"
is one of the Nations most highly respected pros, as well as one
of fishing's most popular personalities. He has won tournaments
at all levels, including the prestigious tournament trail of the
Bass Anglers Sportsman Society. Gerald also holds the most
prestigious title in the sport of competitive fishing. The 2004
Bassmaster Angler of the Year! Gerald has also competed in nine
BASSMASTER Classics.
His birth certificate
reads Gerald Swindle, on his tournament shirt it's "G-Man," and
to his friends and daughter, Whitney, it's just "G."
For a fisherman from Warrior, Ala., he rolls large: $657,000 in
his career with BASS and last year reportedly added another
half-mil from endorsements, pretty blonde wife who likes to
hunt, tricked-out Tahoe with 22-inch rims and an old-school
Super Nintendo in the back. He wears his hair spiked with the
tips bleached and speaks in a dialect that lands somewhere
between Larry the Cable Guy and Chris Tucker, and he talks
almost as much as he laughs, which is plenty. |
